EFM - Timber trade and forestry
In 1920, great-grandfather Pierre started wood processing from his farm in rural Kinrooi by supplying wood to the then existing mining industry.
He gradually passed on the taste of the forest and wood to his children by involving them by his side and in his way of life from childhood.
As a result, grandfather Jaak expanded his activities after the war, not only were various wood products exported to surrounding countries, but tropical wood was also imported from Africa.
